Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented ESE Center of Excellence Senior Analyst to join our GBS team. As a key member of the External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE team, you will be responsible for performing structured work assignments related to job discipline and using existing procedures and guidelines to solve routine problems.
- You will support Engagement Owners (EOs) with the end-to-end process within the ESE tool from submission of engagement through to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements.
- You will also support Sponsorship Owners (SOs) with the end-to-end process within the SGG tool from submission of sponsorship request through to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of sponsorship requests.
In this role, you will be the subject matter expert and primary contact for all Biogen engagement and sponsorship owners and other employees involved in the ESE and SGG process. You will provide operational guidance and administrative support to ensure timely completion of transactions.
You will also be responsible for maintaining electronic records, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring timely completion of transactions. Additionally, you will resolve problems in straightforward situations, analyze possible solutions using technical experience and judgment, and operate within clear guidelines.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese. Experience working in Pharma/Biotech or in a shared service environment is a plus. Knowledge of external stakeholders engagement and sponsorship processes and related regulations is also a plus.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
- Expanded conceptual knowledge in own job discipline and broadening capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Experience in partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer service, organizational skills, and experience with managing a process.
- Experience working with workflow programs and strong overall acumen with MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed timeframes through effective prioritization of duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Pharma/Biotech or in a shared service environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of external stakeholders engagement and sponsorship processes and related regulations is also a plus.
