Job Description:
We're seeking a Head of Financial Planning to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for leading management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting in line with Group requirements. You'll prepare financial inputs for the monthly business review with Group C-level leadership, collaborate closely with the Accounting team, and advise on the recognition of non-standard transactions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting in line with Group requirements.
  • Prepare financial inputs for the monthly business review with Group C-level leadership.
  • Closely collaborate with the Accounting team to support the month-end close process and advise on the recognition of non-standard transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  1. 5+ years of experience in financial management or senior FP&A roles; experience in the tech/software sector is a plus.
  2. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
  3. Practical knowledge of IFRS, including elements of consolidation.
  4. Experience collaborating in a multinational group environment.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial systems.
  6. Strong communication skills in Polish and English (B2+ level or higher).
