Job Title: Training Lead

We are seeking a skilled Training Lead to support our client's engineering teams in adopting a new DevSecOps platform, Wind River Studio. In this role, you will design and implement strategic training programs and collaborate with stakeholders to create effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for Wind River Studio deployment, ensuring seamless adoption and efficient knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create high-quality online and in-person training content, tailored to different user roles and expertise levels.
  • Work closely with the Wind River learning team to maintain up-to-date e-learning materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage and streamline training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), optimizing user experience and accessibility.
  • Ensure training aligns with project goals and gather feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
Qualifications:
  • IT-technical background with 5+ years of experience designing and delivering technical training, with a strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear and accessible learning materials.
  • Experience with LMS tools and managing multiple training initiatives, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cornerstone or Skilljar LMS, with a proven track record of successful training program implementation.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
  • Basic graphic design skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative visual content.
