Your role

You will be responsible for designing and delivering health education content that drives positive behaviour change.

  • This includes collaborating with clinical experts, designers, and product teams to create user-friendly and evidence-based materials.
  • You will write, proofread, and edit health-focused educational content with clear calls to action.
  • Another key responsibility is converting clinical insights and learning objectives into well-structured, user-friendly materials.
  • Managing content projects from start to finish, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines is also an essential part of this role.
  • You will identify user needs from interviews, surveys, and research, and design content that meets those needs.
  • Briefing and managing external collaborators, including designers, uploaders, and freelancers is also required.
  • Lastly, you will contribute to improving Oviva's content development processes, tools, and methodologies.

What we require

  • A proven track record of creating evidence-based content on health or behaviour change topics is essential.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, with attention to detail and a strong command of English (native-speaker level) are necessary.
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content production is also required.
  • A solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning needs is crucial.
  • The ability to research and identify reliable sources for health advice is another important requirement.
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with experience delivering under tight deadlines are necessary.
  • Empathy for users' health challenges and a passion for creating content that meets their needs are essential.
  • A knack for quickly learning new tools and technologies, including AI-powered platforms is also required.
