As a Specialty Coffee Quality Control Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our coffee production process. You will be responsible for evaluating green coffee quality, managing coffee samples, and implementing quality control protocols to maintain consistency across all products.

Responsibilities
  • Documentation and Record-keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of coffee samples and evaluations.
    • Document coffee samples from receipt.
  • Cupping and Quality Control
    • Conduct sensory evaluations and laboratory tests.
    • Record and analyze data from quality tests.
  • Packaging and Fulfillment
    • Coordinate the preparation and shipping of coffee samples.
    • Monitor and report coffee sample inventory.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.

You must have experience in coffee quality assurance, sensory evaluation, and database management. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role.
