At Hexe Capital S.A., we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Partner to drive strategic introductions and facilitate critical connections with major firms. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business development strategy and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Hexe Group companies to drive sales meetings and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate activities with the Executive team and Sales departments across all companies within the group, fostering a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Conduct thorough market and company analysis to identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the strategic direction of Hexe Capital.
  • Establish, build, and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
  • Identify client needs, analyze their challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales positions with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive network of business contacts and a background in acquiring new clients.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, enabling effective international collaboration.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian market or proficiency in French is an additional asset.
