We are seeking a skilled Leasing Sales Associate to join our team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing client site visits, introducing properties, and presenting offers.
Key duties include:
- Coordinating client site visits and introductions
- Presenting properties to potential clients
- Creating and managing marketing materials
- Coordinating with agencies to facilitate business transactions
- Preparing and managing leases
- Representing the company at real estate events and venues
Candidates must possess a Master or College degree in Economics or Real Estate, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong English and Polish language skills are essential, along with excellent presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Office and a strong understanding of the real estate market are also required.
