Job Description
Agriculture Sector Business Development Manager
Corteva Agriscience is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented individual to develop our business platforms in Poland and create new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies and plans to achieve growth goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, growers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars to create new connections.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities in biologicals, inoculants, digital markets, and 3rd-party partnerships for Crop Protection technology.
- Prepare business cases and present data-driven insights to country and regional colleagues.
- Generate reports to show progress and provide business development results.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in agriculture.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles in the agriculture sector.
- Business proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and results-driven individual.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and engage cross-functional teams.
- High travel frequency to visit stakeholders across the country.
