Job Description

Agriculture Sector Business Development Manager

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented individual to develop our business platforms in Poland and create new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop comprehensive business strategies and plans to achieve growth goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, growers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars to create new connections.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities in biologicals, inoculants, digital markets, and 3rd-party partnerships for Crop Protection technology.
  • Prepare business cases and present data-driven insights to country and regional colleagues.
  • Generate reports to show progress and provide business development results.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in agriculture.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles in the agriculture sector.
  • Business proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and results-driven individual.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and engage cross-functional teams.
  • High travel frequency to visit stakeholders across the country.
