About the RoleAs a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers to refine outreach strategies and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement customized outreach strategies to engage with potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business development strategies
- A competitive salary of up to 8,000 PLN/month net + VAT & bonuses
