- ACCOUNT PLANNING: Develop and implement medium- and long-term client relationship strategies aligned with Viseven's marketing strategy to drive sales tactics.
- CLIENT COMMUNICATION: Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, issue resolution, and exceptional customer service.
- SALES LEAD GENERATION: Identify new sales opportunities, conduct research, and develop effective sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Document processes and maintain accurate records of sales department activities for improved efficiency.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Manage internal stakeholders, including client service managers, project managers, and other team members, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong track record of success in account management, particularly in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
