About the Job

This role requires an Area Sales Manager to develop and execute our sales strategy, manage sales forecasting reports, and monitor our sales performance to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Managing all sales activities within assigned territories
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and delivering high-quality products and services
  • Collaborating closely with the Managing Director Poland
Requirements:
  • Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Significant experience in B2B sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual
  • Effective team player
  • Native Polish speaker with excellent English language skills
