Senior AI/ML Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data science efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement cutting-edge AI and ML solutions.
  • You will oversee the development and maintenance of large-scale data pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with production environments.
  • As a strategic thinker, you will employ data modeling and evaluation techniques to uncover patterns and make predictions, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ML algorithms and libraries, as well as analyzing complex datasets to extract valuable insights.
  • We expect you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our ML infrastructure and providing support to engineers and product managers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in senior consulting or leadership roles, preferably within a medium to large-scale enterprise.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing effective AI governance structures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI Act, legal requirements, and industry best practices in AI governance is essential for this role.
  • We seek an experienced professional who can design, implement, and optimize AI/ML architectures and platforms, leveraging their skills to drive business success.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing AI solutions that align with business objectives, including designing solution architectures.
  • In-depth experience in creating strategic AI/ML roadmaps, establishing milestones, timelines, and managing resources effectively is highly valued.
  • This position requires the ability to oversee, evaluate, and improve AI/ML environments and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Salary: Approximately €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
