Haleon is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a KAM Team Lead for Pharmacy. As a key member of our sales and customer marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing your team, and maintaining a deep understanding of the channel dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Leads the development and implementation of sales and customer marketing strategies in the Pharmacy channel.
- Ensures the achievement of sales, profit, cash, market shares, and in-store targets through effective leadership and team management.
- Develops annual customer plans and oversees their implementation, monitoring progress and controlling key performance indicators.
- Creates a strategic customer investment grid and action plan to optimize ROI.
- Determines overall account strategy, including trade agreements, promotional strategies, in-store benchmarks, distribution expansion, commercial, and financial performance.
- Monitors competition and identifies risks/opportunities.
- Responsible for the forecasting cycle.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Management, including KA and Field sales management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Winning sales skills: strategic planning, insights mining, relationship management, account strategy.
- Accountability for results.
- Experience in team management and people development.
- Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity.
- Ability to find solutions and move things forward.
