We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy and execution in the Poland market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs to enhance brand awareness, boost sales, and strengthen relationships with key channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration in Poland.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations in collaboration with local distributors and retailers.
- Work closely with sales teams and partners to optimize marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to maximize brand presence.
- Create and localize marketing materials to ensure effective communication and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with global and regional marketing teams to align local strategies with overall brand direction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
- Strong understanding of the Poland market, including consumer behavior, retail landscape, and distribution channels.
- Proven experience in managing channel partnerships and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Media Expert, RTV EURO AGD).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies for driving retail sales.
