CSI Leasing is a leading leasing company specializing in IT asset financing. At CSI Poland, we are seeking a Channel Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with IT resellers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to expand our IT asset financing services through the IT reseller channel.
  • Identify and onboard new IT resellers to build a robust partner network.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with the existing partner base to ensure ongoing collaboration and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of our partners and end customers.
  • Monitor and analyze cooperation performance, providing regular feedback and action plans.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive channel sales performance to meet revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Channel Manager, Partner Manager, or similar role within the IT sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of the IT reseller base and experience in working closely with IT resellers.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in Business English (written and verbal).
  • Regular travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
