Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the positioning of the adidas brand and developing business and digital strategies to optimize brand presentation in line with EMEA Brand & Channel strategy.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support long-term strategic planning for respective Football Sport account, determining sales and gross-profit plans, implementing business, digital, and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze consumer demand, category trends, and competitor assortment on account's platform, identifying gaps in current assortment to drive sell-through across all customer touchpoints.
  • Optimize individual accounts' profitability results for respective accounts.
  • Work together with the Digital Manager to implement key digital acceleration initiatives to drive sell-through across all URLs of digital webshops and apps to achieve agreed targets.
  • Monitor and track performance of Sport Account while anticipating and proactively managing trends and changes in performance.
  • Provide input to the monthly sales forecast process (IBP) for respective account on category level.
  • Take responsibility for analyzing the Sport account to spot trends, resolve problems, and correct procedural errors being made.
  • Monitor competitors' activities within customers' environments and propose win-win action plans to increase market shares.
  • Achieve short, mid, and long-term business targets.
  • Continuously improve and develop key sales, digital, and customer service processes to provide excellence in service and efficiency in the organization.
