In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Eastern Europe. You will build strong relationships with key channel partners and lead a team of experienced professionals to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a winning channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Eastern Europe.
- Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, including Resellers, Hosting providers, Distributors, and Service Delivery partners.
- Lead a team of Partner Managers and Distribution Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform channel strategies.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in channel management and sales (at least 5 years).
- Deep knowledge of the Eastern European market and its channel ecosystem.
- Solid technical and sales background with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to travel extensively throughout the territory.
