About the Role

As a Channel Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies to maximize sales growth and build long-term partnerships with key clients in the super- and hypermarket channel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing key clients, developing long-term strategies, and leading large-scale projects. You will work closely with the field sales team to achieve channel objectives at the regional level.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for key clients in the super- and hypermarket channel
    Planning and executing long-term client development strategies
  • Identifying new business opportunities to drive distribution and sales growth for KP brands
  • Managing category development for key clients
  • Cooperating with the field sales team to achieve channel objectives at the regional level
  • Effectively managing investments and pricing strategy to ensure expected profitability
  • Supporting the negotiation process with key clients
  • Preparing and defending business presentations before key stakeholders
  • Managing a team of Key Account Managers, supporting their development, and ensuring knowledge-sharing across the team
