In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to craft and realize joint business plans, balance customer success with our own growth, and drive sales through strategic partnering and relationship-building.
About the Role- Establish long-term relationships with key clients and negotiate trade terms based on our commercial strategy.
- Implement and manage product strategies for clients, driving sales efficiency and growth.
- Develop and execute calendars of sales support activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve success.
- Participate in planning and achieving sales targets, researching and analyzing the effectiveness of sales activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar position managing national account sales within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets.
You should possess strong commercial insight, understanding of P&L management, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Genuine passion for customer service is essential, along with exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach to influencing others.
