Commercial Sales Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Tomasz Rutkowski Solo Law Firm. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and relationships with key clients, as well as developing the split and commercial air-conditioning market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales channels in the split/commercial air-conditioning segment.
  • Collaborate with distributors and subcontractors to sell and install equipment.
  • Forecast sales and manage customers' inventory levels.
  • Organize seasonal promotions and customer conferences.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan marketing investments.
  • Coordinate activities with the product team regarding training sessions and product workshops.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the air-conditioning industry.
  • Basic knowledge of air-conditioning technologies.
  • Market knowledge and ability to build relationships with key clients.
  • Good command of English (B2).
