Job Description:
The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across our business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local commercial strategies aligned with company business objectives
- Analyze and evaluate sales performance, methods, costs, and results
- Implement new sales methodologies to drive growth and efficiency
- Deliver sales strategy, objectives, and pricing policies
- Support short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Ensure KPIs and service quality achievement
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in sales management or a related field
- Strong commercial and management focus, with excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability reviews
- Ability to influence others, with excellent command of English language
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
