Reporting Specialist with French Language Expertise

Job Overview

As a Reporting & Analytics Analyst at PepsiCo, you will play a crucial role in supporting the French AFH Sales agenda. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain, analyze, and report on key sales information related to sales assessment and execution of business plans with various customers in the organized trade channel. This will involve collaboration with multiple departments to resolve issues and implement business actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify relevant data sources and collect, clean, and consolidate internal and external data from multiple sources.
  • Capture, track, analyze, and perform analysis of customer, category performance, volume, revenue, profitability, and other key metrics based on sales data for performance reviews and ad-hoc requests.
  • Develop monthly reports on performance, collect customer-specific data to track and analyze results by channel and customer, and prepare relevant reporting for such.
  • Maintain and update data and data analysis databases.
  • Send out data requests to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Reconcile data with customer and internal files, including promotion numbers.
  • Analyze performance KPIs, including storage costs, preparation costs, and delivery costs.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, with knowledge of SAP applications being an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset to collect and examine large volumes of data and identify trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to find actionable, results-oriented solutions.
  • Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
