About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Accounting Specialist with French language skills to join our Cash Cycle department. As a key member of our team, you will facilitate finance activities by matching incoming payments to outstanding invoices and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Verify information received from insurers against system records
  • Perform calculations using system information
  • Analyze booking differences, brokerage and commission differences, and premium amounts
  • Work closely with local teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with team coordinator and team members to meet service level agreements
  • Suggest and implement changes to tools and documentation to support effective service delivery

Requirements

  • English and French language skills at a B2 level
  • Experience in AP/AR/finance area
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze data and ensure accuracy
  • Good communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes
  • Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks
