Job Title: Customer Care – Senior Process Associate – French – Hybrid Krakow

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care – Senior Process Associate – French – Hybrid Krakow to join our team. As a key member of our logistics claims team, you will be responsible for performing operational tasks within the Logistic Claims area, resolving tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target, and ensuring Logistic Claims processes compliance with related financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform operational tasks within Logistic Claims area.
  • Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target.
  • Ensure Logistic Claims processes compliance with related financial controls.
  • Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions.
  • Ensure efficient cooperation with warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree / logistics can be an advantage.
  • Advanced French level C1.
  • Conversational English level (B2).
  • Customer Focus (focus on internal customers and impact on our external customers) and Experience in Claims Management will be an asset.
  • Bias for action (focus on results and use of intelligent risk taking).
