Customer Service Agent Opportunity

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our call center team in Krakow. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume inbound calls and manage outbound calls to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Ecolab products, accounts, and tools to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with dispenser system issues.
Requirements:
  • High school qualifications or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).
  • Experience using customer service software.
  • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in process.
  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience utilizing a multi-line telephone system.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
