About the Role

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer orders and requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English and German (at least C1 level)
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office package
