The Financial Services Coordinator - Debt Management will be responsible for managing debtor relationships, performing credit checks, and executing dunning procedures to ensure timely collection of receivables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Conduct regular credit checks to assess customer creditworthiness.
- Execute dunning procedures to recover outstanding debts.
- Monitor and analyze debtor performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt management or a related field.
- Academic degree or equivalent diploma in finance or accounting.
- Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
- Ability to work with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting purposes.
