Job Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly financial accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing.
  • Create and manage financial annual and interim reporting, aligning them with organizational processes and identifying potential risks.
  • Analyze financial results and KPIs to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in long-term planning, forecasts, and budgeting processes, contributing to the organization's strategic direction.
  • Develop and maintain business support tools and reports using Power BI and advanced analytical skills.
  • Collaborate in external and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Work closely with the Controlling and Accounting teams to streamline processes and enhance financial management.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Support subsidiaries and other organizational units with accounting and reporting expertise.
  • Drive ad-hoc projects, driving innovation and process improvement through collaboration and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in financial management and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting systems skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • A passion for innovation and problem-solving using technology and technical expertise.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • English proficiency (min. B1 level).
