About the JobThe Customer Service Specialist interacts clearly and professionally with customers (internal and external), maintains all files (current and historical), and performs a wide variety of administrative office duties.
- Independently assess and apply standard customer service techniques and procedures.
- Provide prompt, professional customer service at all times.
- Exercise judgment to adapt to the needs of each customer.
- Assist in designing larger and more complex customer service assignments.
- Assist in the development of plans, investigations, and surveys.
- Prepare reports with MS Word and Excel.
- Continuous update of online system of record (MAXIMO), designed to manage service order requests and assets.
- Comply with all safety processes and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Position may involve a rotating schedule.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
