About the Position:

Bold Brand Commerce Sp z o.o. is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of stunning e-commerce experiences.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders and developers to design and implement innovative user interfaces, wire flows, and interactive prototypes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce website design patterns and principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing visually appealing user interfaces for e-commerce websites
  • Developing wireframes and prototypes
  • Creating style guides and ensuring consistency throughout the application
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders and developers to ensure seamless implementation
  • Continuously refining and improving the design based on user feedback and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design with a focus on e-commerce
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing digital product design expertise
  • Excellent knowledge of e-commerce website design patterns and principles
  • Fluent English (B2+ level) and strong communication skills
  • Ability to create clear, concise arguments for design decisions and effectively communicate them to stakeholders
  • Strong competencies in convincing stakeholders to recommended solutions
  • Experience in designing for e-commerce needs and understanding of UX principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility rules and ability to search for effective solutions
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of design tools and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS systems
  • Strong knowledge of composition rules and typography

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of technological possibilities and SEO requirements
  • Familiarity with Baymard Institute heuristics
  • Understanding of omnichannel processes
  • Familiarity with Magento system
  • Knowledge of analytical tools
