You will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs & Sr. BDMs) to identify and contact new prospects and provide new business meetings for our Senior BDM population.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and contact new prospects using databases, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Develop deep understanding of Convera's value proposition.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): revenue and appointment setting targets, report them weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

To succeed in this role, you need strong organizational and effective time management skills, active listening, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
