Job Overview

HedgeServ Limited is a leading global fund administrator, providing exceptional client-centric services and innovative technology solutions. As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will play a vital role in executing core tasks within the fund accounting or NAV department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate reconciliation of cash, position, and market value between HedgeServ, brokers, and clients
  • Timely processing of corporate actions to ensure accurate results
  • Pricing of all positions to guarantee correctness
  • Preparation and review of daily profit and loss reports for reasonableness
  • Calculation and processing of income and expense accruals, including fee calculations and trading accruals
  • Compliance with defined checklists, procedures, and controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal, or Business
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the funds industry; alternative Hedge Fund experience may be considered
  • Intention to pursue professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) advantageous
  • Proficiency in IT and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills
