- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological innovations to discover new business opportunities and enhance the company's value proposition.
- A university degree or equivalent professional background in a technical or business discipline.
- A proven track record of interpreting customer requirements into technical specifications and attractive business propositions.
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in additional languages (German, Czech) considered an asset.
- An established network within the intralogistics sector in Poland and Eastern Europe, enabling market penetration and growth.
- Experience working in a diverse, international team setting with cultural sensitivity and flexibility.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with legal acumen to oversee CAPEX contract discussions and safeguard company interests.
- A history of success in B2B sales with lengthy sales cycles, demonstrated by consistent achievement of commercial objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of automated warehouse solutions and their practical applications.
- An enterprising, goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
- Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients throughout the region.
- A stimulating and multifaceted role in a rapidly evolving organization.
