Position Overview:

An industry leader in logistics solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development in Poland and expand its footprint in the Central-Eastern European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically engage the market to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities through industry networking and thorough market analysis.
  • Guide potential leads through the sales process to secure formal business contracts.
  • Develop robust partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to achieve collaborative successes.
  • Build relationships with diverse stakeholders to secure support for proposed logistics solutions.
  • Cultivate a high-performing sales team culture through coaching and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological innovations to discover new business opportunities and enhance the company's value proposition.
Personal Qualities and Competencies:
  • A university degree or equivalent professional background in a technical or business discipline.
  • A proven track record of interpreting customer requirements into technical specifications and attractive business propositions.
  • Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in additional languages (German, Czech) considered an asset.
  • An established network within the intralogistics sector in Poland and Eastern Europe, enabling market penetration and growth.
  • Experience working in a diverse, international team setting with cultural sensitivity and flexibility.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with legal acumen to oversee CAPEX contract discussions and safeguard company interests.
  • A history of success in B2B sales with lengthy sales cycles, demonstrated by consistent achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of automated warehouse solutions and their practical applications.
  • An enterprising, goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients throughout the region.
