For our Client, we are seeking an experienced senior Sales Manager to lead business development in Poland and expand its footprint in the Central-Eastern European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and networking within the industry.
  • Guide potential leads through the sales process to secure formal business contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to achieve collaborative victories.
  • Establish relationships with various stakeholders to garner support for the logistics solutions proposed.
  • Coach and develop the sales team to foster a culture of high performance and shared progress.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological innovations to discover new business avenues and enhance the company's value proposition.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent professional background in a technical or business discipline.
  • A proven track record of interpreting customer requirements into technical specifications and attractive business propositions.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with proficiency in additional languages (German, Czech) considered a plus.
  • A well-established network within the intralogistics sector in Poland and Eastern Europe, enabling market penetration and growth.
  • Competent in working within a diverse, international team setting, showing cultural sensitivity and flexibility.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with legal acumen to oversee CAPEX contract discussions and safeguard company interests.
  • A history of success in B2B sales with lengthy sales cycles, evidenced by a consistent achievement of commercial objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of automated warehouse solutions and their practical applications.
  • An enterprising, goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients throughout the region.
