We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Global Payroll Process Centre of Excellence (GPPCOE) team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for implementing payroll applications and BPO globally or locally within specified regions.
Your primary focus will be on delivering operationally excellent projects on time and within budget. You will drive the creation of detailed work plans, monitor project task execution, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Additionally, you will manage issues and risk tracking, control scope, quality, budget, and regularly communicate progress to all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing payroll systems implementation, preferably in a global organization. They will possess knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMI or Prince2, and experience working with payroll and time tracking systems. They will also demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams, departments, and stakeholders.
