The Data Governance Expert at TN Poland is a vital position responsible for implementing, managing, and overseeing the data governance framework within our organization. This role ensures that data governance processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with our overall data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration between data engineers and business stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with data stewards and analysts to define data standards and quality metrics.
  • Monitor and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and challenge existing processes.
  • Provide training and support to data users on data governance practices and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data governance and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards.
