Blade Repair Specialist

We are RTS Wind AG, specialists in wind energy based in Bremen. Our team of experts offers maintenance and repair services for wind turbines and rotor blades. Due to our extensive experience, we are well-equipped for these areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on rotor blades
  • Inspect blade surfaces and check them internally
  • Document work performed
  • Collaborate with a team of 2-3 colleagues

A suitable candidate should hold completed vocational training as laminator, painter, or boat builder. Experience in surface coating and plastics processing is advantageous. In addition, a driving license class B or higher and fluency in English are required. The willingness to travel is also essential.
