Key Responsibilities

The Sales Development Specialist is the first point of contact with gastronomy outlets to build the value of our brands.

Meaningful Work from Day One

This role provides excellent customer service and experience, as well as builds sales based on customer needs. The Sales Development Specialist works with and supports the On-Trade team and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Deliver brand objectives according to brand plans.
  • Achieve appointed sales, distribution, and visibility objectives.
  • Implement and evaluate promotional activities to provide best solutions, timing, and placement.
  • Regularly visit customers according to the work plan.
  • Build a database of 100 regular visited customers.
  • Develop excellent relationships with customers.
  • Develop account management capabilities through contract negotiations under RSM supervision.
  • Ensure optimum stock levels within all serviced customers.
  • Collect orders and control deliveries.
  • Collect and update information about competitors' activities.
  • Conduct brand trainings for trade partners under supervision.
  • Manage POSM placement at customer locations.
  • Report on the Mobile Reporting System.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly establish business contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Customer and solution-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent demonstrated field sales experience in FMCG.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
