Job Title: Data and AI Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Consultant to join our growing Data & AI Consulting Practice in Krakow. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside our data scientists and data engineers to advise clients on their path to becoming a data-driven company. Your role will involve interacting with clients to understand their data-related challenges, consulting on data and AI strategies, and collaborating with our team to implement impactful data-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients to understand their data-related challenges and provide guidance on data and AI strategies
  • Consult with clients on their path to becoming a data-driven company, including assessing data and machine learning maturity, identifying data-driven use cases, and defining implementation roadmaps
  • Collaborate with our data scientists and data engineers to implement impactful data-based solutions and machine learning use cases
  • Contribute to business development activities, including preparing and participating in industry conferences, workshops, and client sales meetings
  • Support the creation of white papers and industry thought leadership on data science and AI-related topics
Requirements
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • 1-4 years of work experience in a reputable management consultancy at the intersection of business and technology
  • Experience in technical and strategic client projects within data, AI, and analytics
  • Able to quickly identify and prioritize business challenges and provide innovative solutions
  • Ready to be a sole trader and cooperate on B2B contracts
