AI Backend Developer Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Backend Developer to join our innovative AI Engineering team at Text SA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and integrating AI-driven solutions in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems to support our LLM-based applications.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality backend code using Golang and Node.js.
  • Work closely with the research team to understand and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of backend services with cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in backend development, focusing on scalable systems.
  • Extensive experience with Golang and Node.js.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Background in SaaS or product-focused environments.
  • Understanding of research-driven development to work with research teams effectively.

How We Work:

We've implemented a hybrid workplace model, with a balance of in-office and remote work. Our team in Wrocław and nearby follows a 3/2 model, with three days in the office and two days working from home. If you're based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections.
