Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Migration Specialist to join our Digital & Technology Team at Heineken Global Shared Services Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end data validation and migration services for major global programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data mapping and integration execution, including end-to-end reconciliation
  • Analyze source system data models and match them to target system data models
  • Prepare mapping files and identify any mapping gaps
  • Design reconciliation reports and act as a point of contact for assigned OpCos and Heineken teams
  • Develop and improve extraction, conversion, and load solutions
  • Manage data migration per project phase and align with Data Modelling and Data Governance teams
  • Ensure adherence to Heineken data standards and indicate gaps towards the target solution and processes

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills
  • At least one recent full cycle data migration project experience with S/4Hana or ECC as a target system
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with complex programs and projects, and working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Good active listening and communication skills, and ability to bring the message across to different audiences
  • Understanding of main objects: Customer, Vendor, Items, transactional data, and their dependencies
  • Ability to efficiently browse SAP S/4 or ECC data structures
  • General understanding of main modules: Finance, Sales, and Procurement

Must-Have Skills

  • Data Migration to S/4Hana or SAP ECC
  • SAP Data Services expert (former Business Object Data Services-BODS)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL (code)
  • SAP LSMW (with Abap code knowledge or understanding)
  • SAP Bapi/Idocs for data load into S4
