Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team at Software Mind Poland. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Custom Solutions: Utilize ServiceNow's capabilities to create tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • UI Builder Expertise: Leverage UI Builder to craft intuitive and user-friendly workspaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Adopt Best Practices: Implement industry-leading best practices for code reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Consultative Approach: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide informed technical guidance.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and best practices to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and/or CSDM.
  • Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Level Management.
  • Experience in Case Management, Customer Service Portals, and Knowledge Base configuration.
  • Familiarity with the Common Service Data Model for streamlined service modeling.
  • Proficiency in UI Builder with a track record of creating and customizing workspaces.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom app development on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2+ level).
