Fenige S.A. is a leading fintech company specializing in payment technologies for merchants and money transfer systems within Mastercard and VISA payment organizations.
As a Key Account Manager - International Payment Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and increasing market share by identifying new business opportunities in the cross-border payments sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to reach revenue goals and increase market share;
- Cross-Border Payments Expertise: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning;
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty;
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in sales/business support/project management in cross-border payments;
- Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in English and Polish, Russian and Ukrainian will be considered an advantage;
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms;
- Motivation and Drive: Highly motivated, target-driven individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events;
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cross-border money transfer processes.
