Role Overview
As a key member of the Employer Branding team at ABB, you will drive and implement effective branding strategies to enhance our visibility and engagement with students and early talents in Finance, HR, Procurement, Information Systems, and IT. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align branding efforts with business targets and showcase expertise in enhancing reputation and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to increase ABB's presence in the talent market.
• Organize and manage employer branding initiatives, including events, scholarships, social media campaigns, and campus engagements, to attract top Early Talent.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities and student associations, particularly in Krakow, to secure top Early Talent candidates.
• Create compelling employer brand messaging and marketing materials that effectively communicate ABB's values and culture across digital and offline channels.
• Manage and engage the ABB Talent Ambassadors community, empowering them to advocate for ABB as an employer of choice.
• Utilize data and market insights to track employer branding trends, optimize attraction strategies, and refine sourcing approaches.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in branding and communications, with a solid background in developing marketing and social media campaigns tailored for employer branding.
- Proficiency in understanding the Polish market, leveraging insights to enhance employer brand positioning and attraction strategies.
- Strong project management skills, ensuring smooth execution of branding and communication initiatives.
- Established stakeholder management skills, with the ability to network and convince senior business leaders to align employer branding strategies with company goals.
- Degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field, with extensive experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, or Sourcing within an international corporation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrating interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in communicating in English and Polish, both written and spoken, ensuring effective engagement with diverse audiences.
