A key aspect of this role is to craft compelling content that drives user engagement and conversion.

  • Develop well-crafted pieces of content from briefings containing key messages and communication objectives.
  • Collaborate with others to co-create solutions, actively contributing ideas based on your expertise in content marketing or behavioural science.
  • Convert persuasive copy into impactful articles, emails, and pop-ups that consistently meet the house style.
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, following processes and owning decisions within the agreed scope.
  • Develop key messages and communications campaigns across all touchpoints to drive meaningful change.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a proven track record of creating persuasive content to drive user action.
  • Strong editorial skills, including an excellent grasp of grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize tasks with minimal support.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to write in Oviva's house style. German fluency is a plus.
