Role Overview:

In partnership with business leaders, the Senior HR Business Partner develops and executes Goodyear's HR Strategy within the scope of responsibilities for the EMEA Contracted Retail business. This role involves implementing relevant initiatives and processes around Leadership, Organization Structure, Talent Development, Inclusive Culture, and Associate Engagement to enable the organization to deliver business strategy and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Management and coordination of the employee life cycle from an HR perspective for the Retail Business Function.
  2. Cooperation with line managers in the field of associate development and engagement.
  3. Contribution to the business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  4. Supporting line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline.
  5. Reviewing key business performance targets with business leaders.
  6. Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics and trends, consulting on interpretation and actions implementation.
  7. Managing employee and labor relations matters, if necessary, with support from Labor Relations, Legal, or respective country governor HR.
  8. Collaborating closely with the regional and global HR team in people processes, policies, and regional HR projects.
  9. Collaborating with COEs and the SSC to deliver integrated solutions to business needs and associate lifecycle.
  10. The Senior HRBP acts as a strategic partner, associate champion, and change agent.
  11. Supporting the implementation of talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
  12. Supporting Reward and Recognition initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. University degree preferably in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience in Human Resources and Talent Management in an international and multidimensional organization. Demonstrated measurable improvements in staffing, talent management, and compensation. Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues. Significant experience in developing and deploying people interventions and improvements. Proven experience in managing and coaching teams.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from across the business.
  4. Business maturity, ability to handle tight deadlines, and ability to multitask differing priorities.
  5. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  6. Analytical as well as strategic mindset.
  7. Exposure to change management.
  8. Fluent in English, Polish, and German, any other language could be an asset.
