We're seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate with our game development, operations teams, and senior management. This role involves blending HR administration with employee engagement to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Experience: Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, handling probation reviews, performance assessments, goal-setting, and engagement.
  • Leadership Partnership: Be a trusted advisor to managers, helping them align team goals with the company's objectives and providing strategic insights.
  • HR Process Improvement: Innovate and improve HR processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, proposing and implementing changes as needed.
  • Culture Development: Work with leadership to cultivate a strong, collaborative, growth-focused work environment that values employees.

Requirements:

  • HR Expertise: Proven experience in managing HR processes in dynamic environments, preferably in IT product companies.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the bigger picture and align HR practices with business needs, supporting growth with strategic initiatives.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Thrive in fast-paced environments, be quick on your feet, and take initiative to address HR challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Confident in communicating clearly and effectively in English and Ukrainian, building strong relationships with team members.
  • Independence: Comfortable working independently, driving HR initiatives, and making decisions without micromanagement.
