Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for HR? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We're seeking an HR People Partner to join our team at RISK, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR Strategies: Develop and execute tailored HR strategies that drive business outcomes and support the growth of our departments.
  • Employee Relations Expert: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management, providing expert guidance on HR matters and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Manage the onboarding and adaptation processes, ensuring the effectiveness of our talent and driving employee development programs that cater to the unique needs of each department.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance management and drive employee development programs that align with the company's objectives and support the growth of our departments.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, with a keen eye on department-specific requirements and challenges.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, targeting improvements within designated departments and driving a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • HR Certification: Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the gaming industry is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
