Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst I to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As an HR Analyst I, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process various forms and handle tasks related to absences, benefits, overtime, payroll, and other confidential HR services.
  • Maintain personnel files for assigned locations, ensuring timely and accurate processing and filing of forms.
  • Gather, compile, and maintain HR-related information, preparing various reports and documents.
  • Handle employee inquiries in the Case Management system, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
Requirements
  • High/Secondary School education or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
  • Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities comparable to 1-2 years, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with HeRMeS or related management systems is an advantage.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Oracle Fusion or other ticketing and HR database platforms such as Workday.
  • Knowledge of related HR systems and functions is an advantage.
  • Shared service experience.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirements.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
