Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Solutions Engineer to lead our analog IP design team in Poland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and customizing high-quality analog IP blocks and subsystems, as well as architecting larger systems to meet customer requirements.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing complex analog circuits, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products to market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in analog IC design, with a strong background in CMOS technology and process development.
  • Proven expertise in at least two areas: High Speed SerDes, ADC/DAC, PLL, LDO, BandGap, Power Management, MIPI, and other Interface IPs.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering successful full-custom analog IP blocks in CMOS technology, with experience in 40nm design or more advanced process nodes.
  • In-depth knowledge of simulation and modeling tools, such as Spectre/RF, ADS, Matlab, and Simulink.
  • Strong understanding of design for mass production and test, including IP packaging, ESD, Signal Integrity, and Power Integrity topics.
